1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email, and any optional details you provide such as company, phone, service interest, budget, timeline and project details.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page views and performance. These tools are designed to be privacy-friendly and do not use advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is also enabled, we collect limited usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising networks.
3. Lawful basis and how we use data
We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and to run the studio (Article 6(1)(f)). We use it only to reply, scope work, and keep a short business record of the conversation.
Analytics, when enabled, is used solely to improve the website — for example understanding which service pages are useful.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Vercel analytics does not rely on advertising cookies. Optional Google Analytics cookies load only when a measurement ID is configured. You can block cookies in your browser; the marketing site will still load.
5. Retention, security and processors
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and meet accounting records, then delete it. Email delivery may use our email provider (currently Resend) acting as a processor under contract.
We apply access controls, TLS in transit, and least-privilege keys. We do not store payment card numbers on this website.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data by emailing hello@nexaphaze.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
