NexaPhaze provides design, development, automation, branding and cloud services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed with you.
3. Intellectual property
Content on this website, including the NexaPhaze name, logo and design, is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission. On completion and full payment of an engagement, ownership of agreed final deliverables transfers to the client unless stated otherwise in the relevant proposal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaPhaze is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
