1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the NexaPhaze Ltd website at https://nexaphaze.com and any services we provide. By using the site or asking us to start work, you agree to them. Engagements are also governed by a written proposal or statement of work when one exists — that document wins if there is a conflict.
2. Services
NexaPhaze designs and engineers websites, SaaS products, AI automation, e-commerce, branding and cloud setups. Scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are defined in the proposal we send after discovery. Until that is signed, website content is information — not a quote.
3. Intellectual property
The NexaPhaze name, logo, copy and design on this website stay ours. You may not copy them for a competing site or pitch. When a client engagement is completed and paid in full, ownership of the agreed final deliverables transfers to you unless the proposal says otherwise. Third-party tools (fonts, libraries, APIs) keep their own licences.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, scrape it aggressively, attempt to break authentication, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material. Contact-form spam and automated submissions may be blocked.
5. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, NexaPhaze is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
